What if the product comes broken?

We are sorry the product came broken. Please email help@gamingstockpile.com and we will make it right. We may be able to offer full refunds.

What if I dont like the product?

How could you not like our products?! But seriously, please email help@gamingstockpile.com, and we will make it right.

Can I return one of the subscription products?

If you are unhappy and would like to return one of our products, yes, you can return it. Please email help@gamingstockpile.com. Returns are allowed for 7 days after the product is received, and a 15% restocking fee will be added.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can! Contact us at help@gamingstockpile.com and we will do that for you.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Canceling your subscription is available on your subscription account page, but if you need help, feel free to contact help@gamingstockpile.com. Subscriptions will be cancelled immediately, and you will keep the month's product if you were charged.
